Ann: Positive Scoping Study Completed on Opuwo Cobalt Project, page-16

Just had a quick read....

From observing the situation, I believe the company has no doubt worked pretty hard on the study - most likely too much in detail for a Scoping Study in my opinion. This has been evident to me from the initial and consequent updates few months ago.

Most likely, in my opinion, if it was allowed to release in it's fullness and completeness, it may have surprised on the upside, knowing BB - who knows??

This announcement looks like there probably has been fair few modifications that the ASX has requested and looks like very watered down version.

Perhaps company thought, if they are being asked to modify so much then why should they give out the relative economic parameters against data that does not show the true picture(?)
In my opinion with the Resource Upgrade around the corner, especially with West Zone data and "Indicated" section being upgraded also, we may see a revised/upgraded Scoping Study shortly.

Of course I could be (and probably am!) very wrong in my comments above but to me at least it feels like the ASX has put a dampener on things temporarily.
