Of course there is going to be a lot of cynicism about, however I am starting to think that this announcement in it's fullness would have blown the market away positively, however as inferred in the document, a lot has been taken out.
If what we think is true, with the reported apparent interest, then in my opinion I am sure company will now be able to present the ACTUAL full document to interested parties (?)
