Not quite.It was a failed cable 50 or so wagons back from the front of the train. When the driver walked back to check it, the brakes leaked off and the train rolled away from him.
BHP have stopped all ore trains to investigate if they have an inherent fault.
That should reduce the output from Hedland this quarter.
