China are keen, there was an article in today's AFR about how they are keen at a Govt Level to pushing through MA opportunities. Like AED.

NT Govt are pushing for new mining investment, there and overseas.

With regards to the SP, i think it is a case of being patient. Only a matter of time before the instos come on board. A production report would also help. There is also a whiff of dividends in the air.
