The question is then why shoot for the largest possible plan, causing delays and redactions of information, and not rather a staged plan beginning with the currently delineated resource? In all likelihood the final mine plan will be staged anyway, in order to raise capital safely, and another study follows this too, so plenty of time to incorporate more resource. Strange decision imo.

But I agree with those who have already said: the SS numbers will be released upon the completion of the West Zone JORC, this year.

Still the "biggest cobalt sulphide resource in the world outside the DRC", the sell-off, if any, will be happily absorbed by long-term buyers, perhaps even by those in "high-level" discussions with management.
