Because its the best part of resources drilled to date. I can only assume they chose to do it that way as it saves them from redoing an entire mine plan at a later date.
In saying that it might have been a better option in terms of being able to report a proper SS to have it based on the existing JORC.
Probably a case of thinking about project development more than the market response which is a shame in the sense that there will be people that can't/don't want to take the LT approach here.
