If you read the words carefully, the implication is that the ASX wasn't satisfied the absence of exploration target would not affect the project's viability, which to me says current numbers are super marginal.
I'm not suggesting it's game over and they can't make it viable with super competent work from here on, just that in my opinion project's risks have increased.
