Would you still consider it "shattering" if CZM is planning on making an offer for OIL?
Something in the range of $0.60/share!
I do not think that many share-holders would say no to something like that.
I would be willing to bet it would roll through the approval process faster than a runaway bus in a downhill run with failed brakes and the only obstacle in it's path being a bunch of Aussie politicians.
