I follow lots of things you can prob see who I follow - but most of all I follow the scans provided  by @Ravgnome every night  - they are the truth meter on any given day - you have to look at them for yourself - the price and volume scans can give you a lead as to what to research - read up on the company anncments and have a look at the balance sheet the latest raise etc -

The morning anncements are the daytraders bread and butter - but you have to be quick to read and understand the reason for whatever hype is happening -

IF you procrastinate too long you miss the trade - if you don't understand what is big or good you also miss the trade - it is all a bit complicated and requires a fair bit of general knowledge - if you have a strong understanding of some stuff stick to what you know -

The DT thread is littered with a lot of different characters - some are smart- some are just anti everything - some are pro everything and ramping their holds - a lot are clueless and talk a lot - the old distribution- calls - without any chart proff etc -  and a lot of comments - that can be way off the mark -

Learn charts and VSA  is always my mantra - that way you can rely on your own analysis and not listen to the noise on here -

It is deafening on some days - other than that - follow the posters that make the most accurate calls on average -  that takes time to figure out - it is my view that some of the best posters are the most misunderstood - simply because the ones that hate them don't follow their logic or the charts - so a difficult puzzle

Ignore any poster that spends any time sniping at others - that is a loser - and also they are not focused on trading- simple they are focused on ego and drama - they have not learned to just trade - IMO -

Hope some of that helps you dechiper the long winding road of Dting
