I wouldn't say they are good value at these low levels, simply because the share price would need to get to 10c before you x4 your initial investment in the options and the shares. No extra return in the options in that case, may as well still to the shares.
If it reaches 10c...
Option: 10 - 6 = 4c option, 400% return on a 1c option
Share: 10 / 2.6 = 384% return on todays share price
Not much difference between 384% and 400%.
