No NEWTOTHEGAME you don't think! You also make false assumptions.

I don't know exactly what Hicks was up to. On face value it looks real bad.

    - Was he caught into some religious ideal and was willing fight against the Northern Alliance.(Afgan forces against the Taliban)

    - Was he caught into some religious ideal and was willing to fire at Nato forces?

    - According to the US charge sheet he didn't fire a single shot at Nato forces but in fact layed down his arms when Nato got involved. Did he do this because he was scared? Did he do this because he would never fire on his own side so to speak?

My point is the legal process he went through clearly wasn't fair. It was a political court and even now the chief prosecutor is saying it wasn't independent and without influence from political figures.

Its not really about Hicks. Its about protecting the innocent before found guilty RIGHT.

You guys are letting the politicians and media influence your judgment. I'm a little more wise then that.

Why? Because I think for myself and make my own judgment!

End of the day regardless of what the guy did or didn't do he didn't get a fair trial! You guys want to through that right out the door. Well then welcome back to NAZISM!
