Minimum CR is 75% of average, so 2.8c as a miniumim, but 3c is probable.
Dosnt matter, its cash on the Books and thats what we need,
Also it can be at a higher price as well, so if they are holders already, paying up a higher issue price boosts their own investment integrity.
Plus Id expect a few oppies in the 5c and 10c , 20c range as well to incetivise more buying on Market to boost the SP.
