The Minimum they can raise at is 75% of the ATR over the last 2 weeks of trading , so the noted ATR could be 4c and 75% of that could be 3c, and thats the minimum, so they can negotiate a higher CR price, but not lower than 75% of ATR.
So Id say it could be 2.8 -3c as a minimum and 3.5c as a maximum with oppies as incentives.
We wont know without all the details available.
