Why is this management not saying anything about the funds???? I am sure its received, i am sure it will happen given that great find by @Thesi on the Argentina president note.

So either they have it and are not announcing it given its not a regulatory requirement to do so, Or they dont have it... Being a court process, to formally state October end means they had an appointment to cover it therefore I am sadly of the belief they have it and dont want to announce it as they want this shareprice lower. This gives them better options, better shares and given they are here for the long-run, that is in their interest but not ours.

in hindsight, This conspiracy theory now makes sense to me as we hardly do any PR even though we have world-class assets. This isnt about avoiding the big fish Takeover, this is about lining their pockets. Disappointing!! I suppose the only thing to do is line our own pockets as well..

I agree with your sentiment, I am still in the deep red, $2.74 is nothing for me to celebrate.
Since the half-yearly, I was waiting for what AT promises are many announcements, and I am still waiting, I am hoping this is a turn around soon and the promises of much good news are not just a promise.
