The board can't be thrown out without massive payouts. They wrote it into their contracts. You guys should have seen this as a red flag but anyway ...
I reckon Ross is particularly against these guys getting payouts (his money, your money) so he needs or wants them to quit without a payout or he needs them to be charged with criminal conduct which he's alluding to in his FB posts.
If Ross goes quiet, you can bet he's organized a deal behind the scenes. If he keeps the fight happening, he is aligned with the interest of the shareholders.
I've got my popcorn out.
