I would think that 2kms instead of 22km would be worth ELk giving away an extra few percent in a JV because it will save so much time in building etc.
Would be cheaper for the JV partner too, so the JV deal would probably be better anyway.
Will be interesting to see the quarterly tomorrow, and also to see how long they wait until a JV / CO2 announcement.
