Traders just doing their thing I guess.

Fundamentals are good. Here's a cut and paste of what I wrote before, in case anybody missed it:

The exciting things for me is that rac have:

* A well tested drug that is proven to be effective and safe.
* A drug that has shown great results with children too.
* A drug that's similar to one that Jazz recently acquired for us$1.5 billion (see link below).
* A drug that competes in a space where patients often need to change their line of therapy.
* A share price that was recently at 50c. It has been suggested that fears of a cap raising brought the sp down to the current low levels.
* A very low mkt cap $12m, with few shares on issue.
* A management team with a proven track record.
* A strong likelihood of being issued a Priority Review Voucher, which can be sold on and commands a price in the $150m to $175m range.
* Appointed Biosynergy to pursue a licensing deal/takeover.
* A 40c a share independent valuation prior to the announcement of pursuing a deal/takeover.

I'm sure there is more. But the fact is that the current mkt cap of $12m is far too low imho for a stock with so much near term value potential. That voucher alone is worth over 10 times the current mkt cap.

I'm not saying it'll hit 30c next week, but there's great potential here for a ten bagger or more if one holds for a while.
