    Sorry guys, I have been in a meeting after posting, My Broker starts with a "M". I think you all can work it out from there. Hope he is right or I will kill him, even though he hasn't failed me so far.

    Looks like a good close. He has indicated it is highly probable that the announcement will be after market close due to the complexity of the deal.
