BB - I can understand your loss. Hopefully though you are still ahead with other stocks. I have had losses of well over $400,000 in the past with nothing left when sold but I have always come back fighting. Six months ago I would have had $500,000 in cash after tax had I sold out. Six months later that has reduced to only $100,000 in bank after tax if I were to sell all my stocks. Its amazing how MFS has put a big dent in my portfolio.

BB - I was thinking about that actually. I should be able to transfer the shares into my wife's name or even my mothers or fathers and then claim the tax loss. Can I still do a transfer when the stock is suspended. Thanks for your advice BB.
