Your post tends to indicate to me that someone in particular has acted "disgracefully".

I think that Ross, in particular, has acted admirably in getting Inca to where it is now through the hardest of times that the exploration sector has encountered in living memory.

We are not at 30c, as many of us including me would have hoped, but that is not anyone's fault, it is just the exploration business.

There are many words that you could have used instead of "disgraceful" such as unfortunate, or unlucky, but your use of disgraceful indicates some form of wrong doing with which I don't think too many long term holders would agree.

This end of the market is as close as you can get to gambling, without actually being gambling, and if it doesn't work out for anyone then it is their own fault for taking the punt.
