Here is a simple experiment:

You need a spinning top ( you know the toys ) and a set of kitchen scales.

Weigh the spinning top on the kitchen scale.

Now set the spinning top in motion on top of the kitchen scale and observe its weight.

The faster it spins, the lighter it gets and as its speed diminishes, it becomes heavier till at a dead stop it is the original weight again.

The bigger and heavier the spinning top. the more astonishing are the results.
