The answer is you cant bring it to 1P till your in full production. The regulatory framework for Co2 recovery hasnt caught up with science, so while RS can predict with some certainty it does matter how good the results you cant get P1 or P2 without a test, because its a full Co2 flood to raise pressure there is not opportunity for test prior to production so no opportunity to raise the P tating till your in full flood

Ranchers a good example they literally paid $35M for Muddy field with P1 at 800,000 barrels, so the P rating is basically obsolete and predicted in advance by Macrae

So the guidelines for reserve classification are not in anyway a guide to economic viability.
