There is one thing that concerns me a little , in relation to the stated geological equivalence of Samo with SNE, and the estimated >50%COS at Samo. It is that Samo is not at the shelf edge like SNE is, but is 10km east of the edge. Whether that has any negative implications as regards migration of large quantities of oil eastwards form the source-kitchen no one knows, because the geology west of Samo is essentially unknown. I am cautious and curious to know the answer, but am hopeful that it isn't bad news.
