Great explanation of the share market - it goes up and down.
Management are not watching the SP to hold onto information and release when the market is best. They are required by law to deliver sensitive information when it becomes available and all accurate information is within the document. If that was today it would had come out, if they're still waiting on other information then it could be tomorrow or next week.
If you haven't, I would recommend undertaking a company directors or governance course to learn more.
