re: what did sala say? watso i forget the exact details now - but they are somwhere. the original agreement that they had, wrt 4ts, has been changed - and from memory, the owners of times square only start getting revenue, when the sign gets revenue. no doubt there are escape clauses, if the signs do not go up etc etc
