Why raise $7m if you only need half that?

BD1 have a much better offering than PO3. If someone at least tried to raise at a much higher level with a larger pharma company, then it possibly could have been done and made existing shareholder wealthier. But instead the twits have done it for way less and made shareholders poorer.

But hey, on the flip side if they raise at 2c and drive the share price down then they get to get their buddies all the cheap shares they want while they commercialise the product in silence and then sell them again at 20c or $2 when the big news comes out. Genius!!
