l would say management wanted to get the idea out there that Kachi is a 10 million ton resource. They have used the trading halt to do this.People should be careful about selling out and hoping to get back in if the sp drops - the Partial resource statement could come any day now. Going by what the chairman said in New York the real partial resource statement is now overdue
