The problem with these pictures is they are very short clips at 16 and 20 seconds, so not a true representation of flow potential. Without pressure decline data to match they are pretty but meaningless.
You have to know the circumstances of the well at that time ie has the well just kicked after clearing liquid from the production tubing in which case there will be strong flow that quickly drops. A bit like water blown from a garden hose with air, Slow flow with water followed by a strong flow as it clears, then back to low flow only matching the air going in as there is no longer any stored pressure reserve being held back by the water.
Initial flow results will have a measured flow rate and pressure decline data over a reasonable time period. Even these are not as meaningful as industry standard IP 30 results that cover 30 days of flow and pressure data giving reasonable prediction of the wells long term performance
