As you say Vimson deal was a steal. 20% discount to market price is shocking. However I took up the max in my 3 entities. Why .? .The Indians are very sharp ;their involvement was a trigger. I wanted more at the discounted price even though I am a little overweight.
We then have the German and Swiss announcements which I consider vitally important.
Finally the ML will be issued shortly.
Naively I thought it was a no brainer and expected it to be over subscribed. Noted the comments about buying on market which has some validity . However we all want the Company to succeed so I would rather give my funds to the Company (with a slight disc to market) to improve the balance sheet rather to someone who wants to bail.
To confirm; I have given my total support to the Browns and have already voted via Computershare.
p.s Slightly hypocritically with TRT I bought on market at .077c rather than the company price of .08.
