Although I did not say it I liked the story 2 1/2 years ago. In hindsight I could have waited till now to buy in. Your experience and wisdom may prove prudent being able to buy in now at the same price or lower with all the progress to date highlights what a bargain these prices are. How much this is a symptom of the wider economy who knows there maybe bargains everywhere shortly?
