Without reading the article, i would presume the governments interest in ensuring sufficient generic medication is available to the Australian public is substantially different to ensuring the outcome of an arbitration for a plucky bio company speccy gets fulfilled. If you mean POH placing an injunction on the assets through the courts, then yes i agree.
