Sorry guys but i think you are living in dreamland. If you can read between the lines, and I HAVE NO INSIDE KNOWLEDGE BUT CAN READ BETWEEN THE LINES, especially if you know the difference between a trading halt and a Suspension from trading: Based on the announcement out this morning re Suspension the trading halt was probably called to get itself in order - a "holding time" for the company, maybe to solve a short term liquidity crisis. This non-exec director that resigned is a major shareholder, and probably the one person the company thought it could depend upon to throw cash into the company in this time of need - BKP must have been seeking extra funds to get itself over the line and there must have been a problem that the non-exec was not going to bail the rest of the directors out of this cash problem, maybe because he was unhappy with the company's performance or direction or something like that. Therefore he resigned and the other directors have had no choice but call a Suspension. A SUSPENSION IS NOT THE SAME AS A TEMPORARY TRADING HALT!!! Thats my view, and i emphasise that i only have inferred this from the circumstances announced to the market - i don't know anyone in the company or associated with the company and its business. I just thought i would put a level of commonsense to your thread.
