I have contacted the company and Louis has sent the following reply in relation to GPI:
'We are expecting to sign the formal Commercial Agreement very soon.The Commercial Agreement is separate from the Development Agreement. The DA broadly defined the terms of a CA when the product is substantially complete. The CA is a much more lengthy document.'
