18 months construction plus 3 months commissioning would require FID by March (95 business days) to produce by the end of 2020. I expect AVL to move quickly to DFS but there's a great deal of work in your 3 items listed and many more milestones to achieve pre-construction to make this a reality.

I think with the move in V price in recent months, VSun and electrolyte development work should be put on hold. At the very least moved away from being Vince's 2nd and 3rd strategic focus. Batteries will not progress in the market until V production at least meets steel demand. Rongke confirmed this postponing the V acquisition for their 800MWh VRB once price broke $20.
We need our first, second and third priorities to be mine development. IMO!
