They have found heaps of oil so far and for the time being at least dont NEED to find more. With this in mind it must now all be a matter of financing the costs in front of them.
So if I was wearing Mr. Hardman's hat I would be fast tracking Chinguetti for the cash flow as No.1 priority and in order to keep the S/P up, drilling around the TIOF elephant to get a better idea of the jumbo size.
No other exploration expenditure unless it was a contractual commitment eg. Pelican or other blocks in order to maintain their government PSC foothold.
