CNE's NPV values are calcualted for an 'as at' date of FID.
FID has since slipped by 6-12 months but first oil has always centred around 2021 so I presume CNE's figures apply (from an internal purpose) sometime between now and June 2019.
CNE's NPV calcs also never took into account the sale of any commerical gas so upside exists.
Main hope now is that First oil is 2020 and not 2022 and that is largely up to WPL and Senegal now. Cairn indicated 2021 is likely but could be 2020 if this go well but equally could be 2022 if things go bad.
I will write more aboit this another day but do not discount Erins 20%, it is still very important if Saloo/Bambo are as enticing as FAR make out. FAR need to farm down Gambia at some point and 60% is easier to farm down with than 40%.
If Saloo is potentially connected to SNE then Petronas or someone else will want in and will pay.
