I don't know why the tone of some people's posts are still negative. I really can't understand it.
We have been told of very significant new progress made in the mining lease permitting process.
KCN have told us very, very importantly that there has been a key ministerial sign off:
That "all forestry permits required inside Chatree North have been approved at ministerial level for the use of their lands for mining purposes."
We did not have this ministerial sign off before.
Now we have the Forestry approvals in place, it follows as KCN indicate that we are now in the very final stages, sprinting in the home straight as KCN told us that " .. the Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM) ... has commented that they will be supportive of fast tracking the final issuing of the mining lease applications with the Forestry approvals in place."
NOTE: "fast tracking."
These Forestry approvals are now in place.
Then all that remains is for the Ministerial sign off.
Everything should move along pretty quickly from here imo.
