yuyu sounds like you are trying to tell us something but what is the point, we can't trade.
PS. In your scenario, you take the full term given and put the money to good use. If I need money for 7 days and some says you can have it for six months. Take it and then pay it back early.
Market would not understand if Centro said we only need 7 days but were offered 6 months.
