With all due respect, that is an ill-informed comment. The Board has to first decide to proceed before taking the next step of looking at funding options. And if they had delayed the FID announcement while they finalise funding they would have been in trouble with ASX and ASIC for not keeping shareholders informed of the board decision. They just can't win with some posters.
PLS just keeps on giving. High quality management and BOD continue to under promise and over deliver. Hugely under-valued SP thanks to shorters who are trying to make hay while they can. Once quarterly financials are published their pathetic manipulation will come to an end. IMO ... DYOR.
