    I have just had a look at the document given by BRL. I think it is poor that they do not provide a marked up copy showing changes to the new constitution. More obfuscation afoot or just being lazy? It is not transparent and I am not happy. 

    Anyone else got any thoughts on this and other resolutions in the upcoming AGM?
