I agree 100% with your comments.  I feel there are many on the hotcopper forum who love to complain no matter what it is.  

As long as the money is raised within the required time I could not be less interested in where the funds come from.

I do not need a daily update from management as to why or why not .

It might be worthwhile for shareholders to just sit tight and let management do what they have to do.  I have no doubt that Trevor will be doing his utmost to achieve success with VRC becoming a major player in the Graphite business.  If he does, he will be richly rewarded, along with all those shareholders who have been filling their boots up with stock at these current levels.
