Education isn't inversely correlated to extreminism if you are implying terrorism. Look at the Juvenile terrorist that murdered an employee(accountant) of the police force by firing indiscriminately. I am pretty sure he came from an affluent family and not rotting in some Govt provided free housing in some gang infested suburb.
The difference between an extremist and a terrorist is the physical action by indiscriminately killing ANYONE. An extremist could well be a capitalist, racist, religious/political fanatic or anyone espousing unyielding view of the the opposite. For example Communism/Green party right through to Fascism.
