My understanding is that BLN was an anomaly. A few of the results were delayed but the ones they had were crap so they thought “suff it, let’s just release the ones we have and forget about the rest so we can move on”
Rusty Lake should be back to business as usual. I.e. release all at once as soon as they receive them, regardless of whether they are good or bad.
