A  billion $ isn't very much these days. Figure a billion shares earning 2 billion cents ( todays conservative income) = 2c/s on a conservative PE of 10 = 20c/s today. Management is aiming for 4c/s income so take away 50% for expenses and there it is. The general public has no idea of the   potential of the giant holdings in NQ & NT and you can back it in that not 1 in 100 investors have even given Africa a thought. In the meantime  I"m a  buyer @ 8.5.
