dricado - i think you're on the button there. the disclosure was inadequate, and shareholders need to make some noise about this kind of carry-on, given we're in the dark yet the risk lies with us. clearly management have gotten ahead of themselves with employing staff (see, HY08) and Positron was a bad acquisition. it's time management receive some shareholder emails. given huge Govt and private spending, only incompetence could cause an engineering company to be making downgrades.
