    A settlement of the claim against Avitar has now been agreed upon and awaiting court confirmation.
    The terms of the settlement are confidential

    does this mean we have patent protection, big plus in going forward if it does

    how much is the settlement for $$$$$ wise should be significant`shouldnt it

    any views on this guys
