You fellows still dont get it...CNP owns 51% of all the shares in CER...so works out 1.2 billion shares now at times 48c..so that is $576 million..so devide that by 845million...makes that 68cents per share..so your 47cents is at a discount to CER value...of 68c..so 20cents per share..just the value for CER by CNP...so its grossly UNDERVALUED...and CNP at 47cents..its a joke....so MAC and JPM...must think CNP investors are knuckleheads...so prove me wrong anyone..price falling etc..what a laugh..CNP should be around $1 at least..or am I missing something..do and figure this one...I am of to Phuket tomorrow..so doing nothing just staying with it..next thing these clowns on this thread telling me there are spacemen around..when will you all wake up..MAC and SPM have seen the light..bar there analysts who think we are all STUPID...so NTA for CER = $1.66...now figure that one out...WAKE UP..CNP value $1+...REALESTATE...shoppingcenters and it is taking $10.5 BILLION....so figure..please prove me wrong any of you...
