    Nonsense - read the JV agreement - NH will guarantee offtake of UMC's 25% should it ever happen - project financing would be overseen by NH - piece of cake - one small issue though - they would then need to deal with a load of high grade bauxite, a quagmire of greenies, Aboriginals and general environmentalist - project financing would be easiest part. As they say - DYOR
