4myego, could you please explain how this merger of shares is going to happen technically...the ann states that gog share holders will receive 3 DLS shares for every 1 GOG share being held...now doesn't that mean that this merger is actually a take over of DLS by GOG??...and what happens to DLS holders??..do we get 1 GOG share for every 3 DLS shares we hold or what??...merger/takeover technicalities appear a bit hazy to me...anybody care to light it up a bit for me??...and for other DLS holders as well I suppose cause I bet not everybody knows or understands the fine details involved...cheers despite having no idea:-)
