Yeh bali boy. In my oppinion some people are saying that they are investing in the best landmark money making deal ever since sliced bread but they are obviusly going to sell once the price goes up and did not intend to stay in the landmark money making deal at all. IMO hey want the like minded ra ra go go club to make them money knowing that the company cant for at least another 5 years. Even Glen said the deal wont be comercial for about another 5 years or some thing like that no matter what the terms are. 
If a long term investor did buy in and stay in for 5 years it would be a let down to find out that the commercial agrement included a 50% price reduction for NMDC because they put 15 million into the r & D facility or something like that. Heck there even going to have to spend millions more before to build a comercial facility so they would want to get a discount. Or will the comercial terms include that if a comercial plant is uilt that ESI will have to contribute to a third of its cost? The devil is in the detail. Some one said the better the devil you know. Do you know the devils at all yet? I will wait for confirmation not singing. The singing is nothing its the long term comercial terms that reveal the next 5 to 10 years of agrements or arrangments that matter to me. rejoicing over singing up to agree to create terms is empty celebrating to me.
